Returns
Based on case by case scenarios, for returns and exchange it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your flowers. Unfortunately we don't offer refund or exchange but based on the case a gift voucher is issued. All requests must be emailed to orders@lalabellabh.com
If cancelling an order the following conditions apply -
Please Note: ALL cancellations will incur an Administration and/or Processing fee. Please read our Cancellation Terms below.
Cancellations received within LESS THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will be 100% refunded. If the order is cancelled by the store will be 100% refunded.
All processed order or been delivered, will be unable to be cancelled or refunded.
No returns or refunds once order is delivered under any circumstances. based on the case, if wrong made or delivery by the store, then it is eligible for a replacement or credit, the order must in the same condition that was received. replacement will be done only when order is in the original packaging/vase / box as received in.
For refund cases, it takes 7-14 working days based on your bank and country of origin. for any delays contact us at accounts@lalabellabh.com.
